The staff here are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always happy and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else especially for my carseats as Claire knows them all inside out.

I absolutely love the Babycare Bradford team! We had our first baby this year and would've been so unprepared if it hadn’t been for all the honest advice, handy tips and patience shown (we asked a lot of questions!) Our travel system, Snuzpod, bath and nappy bag were all purchased here and held until we were ready to collect. At collection, the car seat was fitted for us and the pram already built, which was so helpful and reassuring to two clueless soon-to-be parents. I honestly can’t recommend this nursery store and Claire and her team more, especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed with your baby to-do list. Their experience is unrivalled and I promise you, you won’t get the same customer service in any of the high street stores!

I can't praise Claire and her staff enough for the fantastic service we received recently. We had been looking for an Egg bundle online and when we found one at Babycare at a great price we quickly contacted them. We had a rapid response and made the purchase to collect in store a few days later. When we collected our order and met the staff and saw the lovely shop we felt at total ease and knew we had come to the right place for the most important purchase we will make as we prepare for our child to be born. Unfortunately through no fault of anyone an item was missed out of our bundle and this was sent to us by courier within a couple if days. With so many other shops with bad reviews and having visited a few ourselves it was refreshing to experience the outstanding service and personal touch we got from Babycare. And the customer service was second to none. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you

I can’t rate this shop and it’s fabulous staff highly enough! From the moment I called to discuss some prams I saw online, they were so helpful. We then went to the shop to see our chosen models and they were so informative and knowledgeable- and most importantly they were so relaxed and friendly we didn’t feel under any pressure in any way. We ended up spending quite a bit of time there, which meant we are 100% sure they we chose the right travel system for us; and we brought it home with us that day! On top of all of that, they let us bring our little anxious rescue dog in with us as we had no one to leave him with, and he was throughly spoilt by all the ladies. Would wholeheartedly recommended to everyone and will be sure to revisit when we need to make other purchases

We purchased a silver cross changing bag and parasol from this family run business. There had been an issue with the services provided by Royal Mail, but Jayne from Babycare Bradford jumped straight into action and sorted things out for us. Great customer service, thanks again Jayne for all of your help. Would highly recommend this business for people to purchase their baby products from.

Simply could not be happier with the purchase and customer service from Babycare Bradford Ltd. My partner & I recently bought the Coast travel system bundle in limestone. A couple of days later the company got in touch to say that unfortunately there had been an oversight on the stock and they no longer had this colour in stock but had the other two colours. I was initially a little reluctant as I really wanted the limestone, however Claire stated that should we not be fully satisfied with the colour it can be returned free of charge within 7 days and a full refund or other exchange issues. As well as this great service, Claire went on to say that the boss (Garry) actually lived local to us, so was happy to personally deliver the bundle to us that same day. On arrival, Garry gave a step by step tutorial on how to work the pram, change things etc as well as spend his own time answering any questions. This company went above and beyond to ensure that we as customers were happy and satisfied and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase anything from them again in the future. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I cannot say enough kind things about BabyCare! I’ve had two shopping experiences with them - one when buying a travel system and the other when purchasing two car seats. Everybody who I came into contact with went absolutely above and beyond with the service that they provided. I cannot recommend this family run business enough! Pram shopping can be a very daunting experience, and other pram shops I dealt with could be a bit intense. But not here! Clare answered all my questions and was so helpful. Any follow up emails I had were answered promptly. I ordered the travel system online on the Tuesday night and it arrived in Glasgow on Thursday - I was thrilled! The price I got the Silver Cross travel system for was unrivalled by any other local or online pram shop, the service was impeccable and the pram, car seat, etc. is fantastic. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience!

I cannot recommend Babycare Bradford highly enough. As a new parent of 3 day old, I called the shop to ask about mosses baskets. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and they delivered one to me that very evening. Will definitely be using the store again. Thank you team Babycare Bradford.

Honestly couldn't be more helpful. We have used baby care several times over as our baby grows and will continue to in the future. A must visit for all expectant parents! Claire and her team cannot do enough for you and know everything there is to know about their products. The store has everything: prams and strollers, car seats and furniture, from all the different brands. They didn’t have 1 thing we were looking for due to it being discontinued but went out of their way and got it. Would definitely recommend here before you go anywhere else.
