Perfect Stock
New items direct from the manufacturer. These items are supplied with a 24 month manufacturer’s warranty.
Factory Seconds
Damaged box stock, ex-display or photoshoot materials. These items are supplied with a 12 month store warranty. Items may have minor cosmetic defects such as a slight scratch or scuff to the chassis, however, there will be no rips or tears in the fabrics, rain covers or accessories. All items are inspected prior to being offered for sale & are safe, fully functional & fit for their intended purpose.
Reconditioned
Multi-store return items having had anything up to 28 days use prior to being returned. These items are supplied with a 6 month store warranty. These items will have evidence of use including cosmetic defects such as such scratches or scuffs to the chassis &/ or plastics, however, there will be no rips or tears in the fabrics, rain covers or accessories. All items undergo a thorough service & inspection prior to being offered for sale & are safe, fully functional & fit for their intended purpose.
